Anne works extensively with BIFM Training, running the ‘customer-focused’ sessions for their flagship foundation course ‘understanding FM’ and the full one day course as part of the BIFM Level 4 qualification suite.
She also delivers bespoke or standard courses for their in-house clients including change management programmes combining the consultancy and training approach. She hosts the Professional FM 1 intermediate course for FMs and is a tutor for the BIFM Level 3 and 4 qualifications.
For other training clients Anne runs courses ranging from Introduction to FM, general management courses to ILM accreditation, communication skills, negotiation and managing specific FM functions eg cleaning or front of house.
She has developed courses for front-line workers on bespoke areas.
